Believe Again

Plot: Mulder and Scully are called back to duty by the FBI when a former priest claims to be receiving psychic visions pertaining to a kidnapped agent.

I know what you thinking, hey where is the aliens and weird creatures from the dark side? I sorry, none of those things are in this sequel. The only thing out of the ordinary would be the psychotic doctors. So its not like the series or the first movie.

I gave it a two because it wasn’t really that interesting.

I have seen a few episodes of The X Files series and have never seen the first film.

Fox Mulder, Dana Scully, and Walter Skinner from the series, all appear in the film.

In several interviews, Chris Carter has said that if the film was a successful, a third installment would be made, this time going back to the TV-series’ mythology, focusing specifically on the alien invasion and colonization of Earth foretold within the series, due to occur on December 22, 2012.

Rated PG-13 for violent and disturbing content and thematic material.

Based on the novel Babylon Babies.

Plot: Veteran-turned-mercenary Toorop takes the high-risk job of escorting a woman from Russia to America. Little does he know that she is host to an organism that a cult wants to harvest in order to produce a genetically modified Messiah.

Vin Diesel a mercenary named Hugo Cornelius Toorop must keep this woman safe through out the whole film.

Nothing ever happened, the movie dragged forever. There was just about no fighting. I think Vin Diesel is a pretty good actor but this film blows. Nothing ever happens, trust me.

Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, language and some sexuality.

Some time tomorrow I will be putting new pictures of myself on Myspace. I do indeed have tiny braids all over. I have a new way of things and why not a new look to go along with it.

The Hangover Review

That’s what you get for waking up in Vegas.

Plot: A Las Vegas-set comedy centered around three groomsmen who lose their about-to-be-wed buddy during their drunken misadventures, then must retrace their steps in order to find him.

Just like Star Trek, this is one of the best movies of the year. It is absolutely hilarious. A must see for all adults. Its from the director of Old School, which I have not seen but might watch after seeing this movie. I knew the film would be funny but the trailers made it look bad. But its great, you should all see it.

Bradley Cooper (Coop) from He’s Just Not That Into You and Yes Man

Ed Helms from The Office

They are two out of the four who go to Vegas, two out of the three that wake up and look for the fourth guy.

Warner Bros. is already planning a sequel for the film.

The Hangover is rated R for pervasive language, sexual content including nudity, and some drug material.

Underworld Unrated Extended Cut

Posted in Movie News on June 17, 2009 by crow237

I have owned the Underworld/Underworld: Evolution double feature DVD set since Christmas and finally watched the first one unrated.

I have watched both films many times but it was a first for watching Underworld unrated. There were some things that were different than the rated version. I think the unrated version is easier to understand. I don’t get having Kraven make out with the blond vampire though.

I did get a copy of Underworld: Rise of the Lycans in the mail. I seen this movie a day before its release. I thought it was one heck of a prequel as well.
